Goldbook is the host-guest relationship portal – combining a guidebook platform, messaging/feedback platform, reputation platform, upselling platform, and more into one simple solution.

This is a mobile-friendly, web-based app (like a mobile app, but no downloading required).

Before arriving, send a link to your Goldbook so guests can communicate with you and customize their stay.​

During their stay, use QR codes to link to your Goldbook so guests can get answers, make requests, leave feedback, and purchase extras.

After departing, send a link to your Goldbook to request reviews and share rewards.
