After eight years working in mergers and acquisitions, I realized I wanted a life with more meaning, human connection, and freedom. The turning point was understanding that I didn’t want to spend my life behind a desk. I wanted to build something real, something alive — a place where people meet, share stories, and feel at home. That realization pushed me to invest everything I had into creating my first hostel.
