  • I had been traveling the world for most of my 20s and knew that I wanted to keep doing it but in a more sustainable way that would also allow me to build a future, while maintaining the freedom to move around.
    And so Casa del Sol was born. We call it “traveling without moving” because the hotels host people from all around the world, and so I still get to encounter travelers and their stories every day!

  • Our beautiful, ocean view, bamboo space offers 7- 10 weekly classes of varying styles. We have local and rotating teachers from all over the world here to share their teaching experiences with you.
    Whether you are an avid yogi or a curious beginner, join us to expand your body and mind! We guarantee that you will leave feeling refreshed and ready for your next day, bus journey, or travel adventure!
    We also have surf!
    Ecuador’s most consistent and best surf break is right in front of us, catering to all levels of ability. This point break catches all northern swells, providing waves ranging from 1m to 3m high, depending on tides and seasons.
    In addition, the beach break works independently of the point, meaning year-round surf and the perfect place to begin your journey of surfing.
