The Role

As the Head of Content & Community Marketing, your job is to deliver outstanding value to our hosts by developing and executing content and community strategies to grow our membership and drive bookings.
You will work alongside our head of host community and head of guest community to ensure our community is motivated and rewarded for powering our content production and distribution.

Community Marketing & Management

  • Owned channels: Grow the value of The StayAltered Community on our owned channels (Circle, Instagram, TikTok, and our other platforms).
  • Other channels: Help StayAltered add value to other communities where we show up (travel communities, forums, networks, and other groups).

Content Marketing & Production

  • Develop content marketing and production programs for our community to co-create, remix, and reshare it in unique co-marketing ways.
  • Amplify our content on all internal and external platforms (all of the aforementioned platforms and groups, and any other touchpoints).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with our community on our member-only community platform.
  • Create organic content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create meaningful connections through social media and community interaction.
  • Monitor social media channels and community platform for user-generated content, trends and conversations relevant to the brand for inspiration and reactive opportunities.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on channel performance metrics and translate qualitative and quantitative data into content recommendations.
  • Stay active on social media: follow relevant accounts, like relevant posts, share relevant posts on story, etc.
