An engineer by profession, Mary embarked on her hospitality journey when she realised that she wants travelers to enjoy her beloved home in Kalimpong as much as she does.

- 10-12 rooms each with their own views, each with a terrace and/or balcony, and an inside fireplace.
Eat & Drink
- Gingko Eyrie grows a lot of their fruits and vegetables, and guests can pick and eat a variety of fruits during the seasons.
- The Gorkha Kitchen on site is where guests can enjoy pure organic fresh food and meals with communal dining.
- Brewed Tongba (local alcohol)
- Guests can also take cooking classes to learn more about the local cuisine and ingredients.
